What does the Update button do on the Vendor Orders tab?

The Update button on the Vendor Orders tab is designed to create or refresh the information on the vendor orders.  Most often used to show the Vendor order information when first creating the order so that Vendor specific notes and address changes can be made.  The Update button will NOT save any information and you can lose information because it will refresh to the last saved state.
