Go to the Start menu and click on “My computer” then “Local disk (C:)”
Open “ Documents and settings”
Open the file that is your name.
Open the “.oasis” folder.
Open the “logs” folder.
Go to view> details.
Arrange them by “Date Modified”
Look for the OASIS##.log files that are for the time frame in which your error occurred. E-mail them to Support@oasissalessoftware.com with the case number in the subject, as well as any related information or details.
