Overview 

For buy/sell transactions, adding Terms & Conditions can be either:

 - General – apply to all buy/sell customer invoices

 - Customer specific – apply to only this customers (and over-ride the above)

 

This document will explain both.

 

To create “General” Terms & Conditions 

For Invoices, when an invoice is created for a customer, the terms & conditions will appear above the bill of materials.

 

 - Go to Configuration

 - Then Resell

 - The “Edit Resell Company” window will appear.

 - Click the Terms tab

 - On the right side, click “Invoices”

 - Enter the Terms & Conditions as needed, click OK

 

When creating Customer Invoices, the Terms and Conditions will appear as shown below in the example.

 

To create “Customer Specific” Terms & Conditions 

 - Go to Customers (Assumes other resell setup has been completed)

 - Open the customer, go to the Terms Text tab

 - On the right side, click “Invoice Terms”

 - Enter the terms and conditions as needed.

 - Click OK.

 

 

When creating Customer Invoices, the Terms and Conditions will appear as shown below in the example.

NOTICE they have over-ridden the Terms created in the Resell section.
