Open Ticket Feature
Having a problem with a specific quote, order, invoice, etc.? While in the problem item, click Help > Open Ticket and check the box to Include Transactions. This will send your message to Oasis along with the accompanying transaction.
The Open Ticket window will appear:
- Enter the Job name in the Subject area
- Make sure “Include Transaction” is checked
- Make sure your email address and Phone number is entered
- Type a message about what the issue is/about
This will send the transaction to our support team and allow us to help you.
