Ingen Software processes well over 20,000 support tickets per year – a good portion of which are “could you add feature XX” or “it appears feature XX is not working as I expected". There are also program errors that are addressed through our ticket system. In all cases, the request is reviewed and either resolved, denied or added to a “parking lot” of features that are reviewed periodically for development. The advantages to our clients are as follows:
