Orders

Commissioned Orders

Items from the Consigned Inventory can only be accessed through a commissioned order. Items available for shipment from the warehouse appear in red. Line items that are being pulled from the warehouse will also have a notation at the end of the line that you must choose. Please note that each line can only be filled in one manner. All items on that line must be pulled from the warehouse or ordered from the manufacturer. If a user wants to order some items from the manufacturer and the rest from the warehouse, then the user will need to break the line into two lines on the order by entering the back order items on a new line.

Resell Orders

Items from the Resell inventory can only be accessed through a resell order.

Pick Tickets

Users start the pick in the same manner as an order to the manufacturer.
Users print the order and will see the following screen:

If you have the Pick checked but not "complete", the Pick Ticket will be created for the warehouse but will not filled until marked complete from the Pick Editor.

If you have both Pick and "complete" checked, the Pick ticket will be printed at this time so the items can be filled immediately.

When OASIS creates a pick ticket, it will look like the image below.  Users can enter information pertaining to the shipment of items from the warehouse including: payment terms, freight charges, freight type, carrier, date shipped, and delivery address.

Then on the Items tab Users can “fill” the number of (Filled column) items by checking the boxes of the corresponding
lines and selecting “complete.”

Printing

Users can then print a variety of warehouse related forms.

Pick print:

This can be used by warehouse personnel to pull and track items from the warehouse.

Packing Slip/Shippers Copy:

The packing slip is supposed to go in the box. The shipper’s copy can be given to the shipping company for delivery.

Manufacturer print:

This print can be sent to the manufacturer to notify them of the need to invoice on consigned inventory.
