Users have the ability to search for Orders by choosing any combination of search criteria. Search criteria are sorted into specific categories such as Basic, Parties, Notes, Attachments and Search Keys.
Use basic search criteria to find orders by their characteristics.
BASIC SEARCH CRITERIA- Use basic
|Project||All or a portion of the project name. Use the “*” as a wild character for portions of words. Such as *fall for “Rockfall “|
|Location||City of project|
|Quote||Quote number- Use the portion of the quote number after the “-“ For example, for a quote with the number of MLA08-123. Enter “123” to find this quote|
|Part Number||Type in all or a portion of a part number. Should be used in combination with manufacturer for best results.|
|File Code||This is the number assigned to a closed project that identifies where the job file is located.|
|Create date||Date the bid was created. This is a hard coded date and does not change|
|Update date||Date the quote was last updated. This date will change every time the quote is saved.|
|Bid Date||Date when the quote is needed by the customer|
|Spec Registration||OASIS tracks the sales process by assigning consecutive status corresponding to that step in the sales process.|
|Bid Board||Chooses projects that have been added to the bid board|
|Rank||User assigned importance to the bid|
|Quote Status||OASIS tracks the sales process by assigning consecutive status corresponding to that step in the sales process.|
Search for orders based on sell prices or earnings.
|Min Sell/Level 1/2/3||Minimum prices to search for|
|Max Sell/Level 1/2/3||Maximum prices to search for|
|Min Sell/Level 1/2/3 earnings||Minimum earnings to search for|
|Max Sell/Level 1/2/3 earnings||Maximum earnings to search for|
Search for orders based on internal information such as user accounts, sales accounts or workgroups.

|Order Type||Find orders by Order Type|

Users can search for orders based upon people who were involved with the process.
PARTIES SEARCH CRITERIA- Users can search for orders based upon who was involved with the process
Name of Manufacturer(s) whose material is included in the order
Name of the Distributor(s) who is on this order

|Specifiers||Specifiers on the General tab of the project|
|Influences||Specifiers on the General tab of the project that have an influence more then zero on the job|
|Role||Use the specifier type to search. Find quotes that have a contractor, distributor, architect, etc. specified|
|Specifier||Find quotes with selected specifiers on the job.|
|Customer Assigned Sales||Find quotes where the selected sales person is assigned to the customer on the job|
|Quote Assigned Sales||Find quotes where the selected sales person is the quoter on the job|
|Has Specifier||If selected, searches for orders that have at least one specifier|
|No Specifier||If selected, searches for orders that have no specifiers|
Find orders based on shipping information
Find notes based on the contents of their Notes tab or Internal Notes tab.

Search Keys Tab
Users have the option of creating custom “search tags” that can store important job related information that is unique to your agency. These unique keys can then be used to search for orders.
