Applying RMA Responses

OASIS is able to send and track RMA requests to the factories. Additionally, OASIS may be updated with an RMA response (e.g. approved, declined) from the factory. The response information may be used in searches or may be later viewed from the order screen.

Initial Response

  1. Open the order the factory is responding to.
  2. Select "Action" then "RMA Response" or click on the blue RMA entry on the line item.
  3. Enter the information from the response.
  4. Select lines of the order that were "approved" or "rejected".
  5. Add any terms for the return (if applicable).
  6. Print (if required).

Lookups and Viewing RMA Responses

  1. Use the standard "Find" feature in orders to search for the PO# or the RMA# from the factory.
  2. Open the order.
  3. Select the RMA "link" at the line level to view the response.

Example Initial Response

1. Open the order the factory is responding to.

2. Select "Action" then "RMA Response" or click the blue RMA entry on the line item. You'll get the pop up below. Select Add to add the response information.



3. Enter the information



4. Select lines of the order that were "approved" or "rejected".



5. Add any terms (if needed)

6. Click Print (after selecting the Output)

Lookups and Viewing RMA Responses

1. Use the standard "Find" feature in orders to search for the PO# or the RMA# from the factory.





2. Open the order. Notice the RMA information shows just below the lines on the order. This "link" may be clicked on to view any responses from the factory



3. Select the RMA link at the line level to view the response.
