Line Highlight Colors

Overview​​​​​​

 

OASIS is be able to give visual clues using different colors on the line and font to indicate the progress of the line.

Part Number font

If the font is Green, this means the part number is good: it matches the active price list for that manufacturer.

If the font is Blue, this means the part number has been configured.

If the font is Red, this means the part number is bad, ether configured wrong or from an RFQ.

Part number box 

If the box containing the catalog number is Blue, this means that this line has been ordered.

bluefill

If the box containing the catalog number is Brown, this means that this line has been shipped.

If the box containing the catalog number is Yellow, this means that this line has been invoiced.

If the box containing the catalog number is Bright Yellow, this means that this line has an internal note tied to it.

Price Font

If the price is Green, this means the price is good: it matches the active price list for that manufacturer.

If the price is Red, this means the price is below the base price.

If the price is Orange, this means that the price is expired in the price list.

Price box

If the box containing the price is Blue, this means that the quote is displaying the selected contractor counts/price selected from the Customers tab.

When in doubt, hover over the color for text notes, and this will tell you why it looks different.
