Services Tab

Services Field:

Buttons:

   
Start: This will Start the Database. (A message will pop up when it is complete.)
Stop: This will Stop the Database. (A message will pop up when it is complete.)
Remove: This will Remove the service from ASA. (A message will ask you to confirm and a message will pop up when it is complete.)
Backup: This will force a one time backup. You just need to select the location.

 

ODBC Tab 

 

ODBC Field:

Buttons:

Test: This will test to see if their is a connection to the database.
Remove: This will remove the ODBC service from the listing.
Backup: This will force a one time backup. You just need to select the location.
Connect: This Opens up a new menu that has several important options.(Database must be started for this to work.)
Connect Menu:

Buttons:

Set Backup: Allows you to Setup an Automatic Backup.
Run SQL:

Allows you to run a SQL script without being logged into the database.

Run Query

Shows a readout of information from the database.
Show Locks Shows all Database locks
Disconnect All Disconnects all users.
Rotate Log: This runs a backup for the transaction logs.
Close: Closes the menu.
