If you are using the Auto-Email Tool, please see the note here, before restarting the service. (You will need to login to view the documentation)
- Go to the Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services area of Windows.
- Scroll down to the "OASIS-Batch-273" service
Click on restart
- If you are trying to clear the cache and force the service to update, you will need to click on restart again (twice total)
- Wait 2 hours before checking on the status of the Batch service in OASIS
