- Go to the Configuration > Software section of OASIS
- Click on the Tools menu > Batch Jobs
Next check the "Last Run" date
If the date is in the past (yesterday or more), then the service may need to be restarted on the server.

If the date is current, within the last 3 hours, then it should be okay.
