Go to the Windows Start icon and select File Explorer.
Next, select Local Disk C.
Double click on the Users folder.
Select the user (in this case, ours is support) by double clicking on it.
Next, open the .oasis folder.
Within the .oasis folder, there should be a lib folder. You should be able to right click on the folder and have the option to Delete. Please delete the lib folder.
Restart OASIS and log in normally at this time.
