Issue: I set up my device on the Manage Devices screen in OASIS, but I am not getting any response on the device itself.
- Make sure you entered the key given to you from the setup of the device in OASIS. This key is what kicks off the sync process, and no activity will occur until the key is entered on the device.
- If you are sitting on the purple splash page, it may be that the sync is still waiting to connect to the server. Make sure that OASIS is open on your machine (or at least 1 machine with internet access). It can take anywhere from 15 to 60 minutes for the sync to begin, so you might sit the device down and wait a bit.
- If it's been over an hour and no activity has happened, try restarting the OASIS desktop client. It could be that the session with our server has expired, and a restart of OASIS should clear it.
- If after restarting OASIS, you get no activity within 30 minutes, contact Ingen Software and provide the OASIS log files from the machine you are running the sync on.
