Issue: I am getting errors when trying to add a device to the Manage Devices screen in OASIS.
- Make sure that you installed the license file given to you by Ingen Software to register your database with the Sync Server. If you were not given a license file, or if you have not yet gone through the process of getting licensed for Mobile Sync, contact Ingen Software.
- Make sure the machine you are running OASIS from has access to the internet and is not blocking SSL or HTTPS requests on the firewall
- If you are getting a specific error, contact Ingen Software with this error. Usually this is due to a network issue, or the server may be down or overloaded with requests.
