Support and Sending Open Tickets (OASIS for iOS)

Anytime you need help with the OASIS iOS app, just tap the "Menu" button in the top right corner. This menu always has a "Help" section with the following functions:

  • Help - This will open the help document for the screen you are on. 

  • Open Ticket - Tapping this will open a ticket with our support team that includes a log file and the screenshot of the current screen. Type out a short message of the issue you are experiencing and they will assist you. 

  • Send Logs - Similar to open ticket, this function is mostly used when support requires additional log information that an open ticket doesn't provide.
