Anytime you need help with the OASIS iOS app, just tap the "Menu" button in the top right corner. This menu always has a "Help" section with the following functions:
- Help - This will open the help document for the screen you are on.
- Open Ticket - Tapping this will open a ticket with our support team that includes a log file and the screenshot of the current screen. Type out a short message of the issue you are experiencing and they will assist you.
- Send Logs - Similar to open ticket, this function is mostly used when support requires additional log information that an open ticket doesn't provide.
