Exporting Users and Workgroups

 

If OASIS requests that you export a user or a workgroup, you’ll want to do the following:

Exporting Users

You will need administrative rights.

-     Go to Configuration

-     Go to users

-     Highlight the user to be exported

-     Go to File

-     Export

-     Give the file a name when prompted

-     Save it then attach it to an email

Send these files to support@oasissalessoftware.com if you have a case number please place (case ####) in the subject of your e-mail, so that there will be less delay in handling your cases.

 

Exporting Workgroups

You will need administrative rights.

-     Go to Configuration>Workgroup

-     Highlight the workgroup you will be exporting

-     Go to File

-     Export

-     give the file a name when prompted

-     Save
