OASIS has a very clear change order form. It was designed with input from the CSR's at the manufacturer. It only shows items that have been added or changed to make it easy for the manufacturer to determine what changes they need to make on orders in their system. There are occasions where some manufacturers want a recap of the entire order as well. OASIS allow users to do this automatically with the "Recap Change Orders" feature.
Open the manufacturer entry and go to the terms tab. Select "Order Terms" and click on "Recap Change Orders."
