Confirming email was not sent to HLI


None required.  OASIS sends two copies of the order information to HLI.  

1. The electronic copy.  A user will know if that was sent successfully by seeing the "Order successfully transmitted"  message inside of the preview screen.

2. Emailed pdf copy.  Behind the scenes, OASIS also emails a pdf copy of the order to HLI as a confirming copy. This copy is not essential to the placement of an order.  


This message indicates that only the second copy was not sent. As long as the preview screen indicates that the order was successfully sent, the order will be placed in SAP.
